Denzil & Rossella Scerri De CarloDenzil started Ballroom dancing at the age of 7, when he was dragged by Alicia Joy while watching his niece dancing. He soon got the bug and it was not long before he was dancing competitively.
Rossella started dancing when she was 10 years old. Her mother loved ballroom dancing and so she took her to her first dance classes. She soon realised that dancing was her passion and that to be successful she needed to narrow her focus and put all her efforts into dancing. Denzil and Rossella started dancing together in 2002. They have enjoyed their competitive work both locally and abroad and relish the success that they were lucky enough to achieve. Their dancing carrier was put on hold when they married in 2007 and after having two sons, Keane and Kez in 2011 they returned to the dancing scene. Their future goal is to establish an academy of dance that is aimed at the development of their students to an international level that will enable them to compete overseas and develop a standard of dancing which will make Malta proud. |
